Who we are

Circle co-leaders Maire and her husband Michael have over 30 combined years of experience in shamanic practice.  Both have trained with Sandra Ingerman, Larry Peters and Tom Cowan (Maire recently completed Tom Cowan's Advanced Two Year Program in Celtic Shamanism.)  

Each has undergone extensive training through The Foundation of Shamanic Studies; completing advanced workshops in Soul Retrieval, Extraction, Death, Dying and Beyond (psychopomp,) and Divination.  Maire recently completed Tom Cowan's 5-day residential seminar in Faery Doctoring, and both she and Michael attended Tom's initial Faery Doctoring seminar in 2006.  

Maire is an active member of the Society for Shamanic Practitioners, and The Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids.

Leadership of each month's meeting of the Hollow Hills Circle is passed around on a volunteer basis, so anyone with a wish to lead a monthly circle is welcome to take a turn!
